I launched Anya’s Tropical Essences perfumes in the vibrant Miami South Beach back in 1991, and it was amazing to receive requests from hotels to develop custom-scented products! Typical offerings included naturally-scented soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and luxurious hand and body lotions. I collaborated Collaborating with perfume and formulation chemists at contract manufacturing plants for production. I learned the ropes locally about private label, and then learned to conduct this fun product development worldwide.
Spas, hotels and wellness centers have a brand advantage when they offer unique and natural products to their clients and visitors. Using pure and natural aromatics in these products is an important way to reinforce the brand. The public awareness of the beauty and pleasurable aspects of natural aromatics demands that the business owner develop body care and toiletry lines that incorporate professionally-designed fragrance products.

Since then, I’ve successfully crafted private label lines for spas and hotels across the globe. My creations range from perfumes, branded scented stationery for a hotel, aromatic ambiance fragrances for HVAC systems, swag bags, incense, room sprays, and soothing foot soak salt baths. If a client desires a unique logo and packaging design, I collaborate with them and a graphic artist to create a focused brand aesthetic.

The Private Label Beginning Steps:
1) Contact Anya via the contact form on this page (below). In this contact, please provide as much information as you think necessary to illustrate your issue. If this is an emergency, purchase the emergency consultation product in the time allotment of your choosing.
2) Please purchase the time allotment you prefer below.
3) Anya will contact you within two days to schedule your appointment unless you purchase an emergency time allotment (she will respond within 12 hours for emergencies).
The client may record the call. It is also advised that the client take notes.
Fee Schedule:
- 30 minutes $150
- 60 minutes $250
- Ongoing consultation to assist with Business Plan or Technical Assistance – negotiable fee.
Upon booking the consultation at a specific time and date to be agreed upon by both parties, you will be emailed my phone number.
