Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your information will never be shared with any other website, list or person.

Sample before Ordering

Please select the samples you desire, or the set. Sampling will insure you get the perfume you love.

Orders

When orders are processed, the perfume will be shipped within 48-72 hours, excluding weekends or holidays.

Due to the nature of artisanal products, and supply on hand, there will be occasions when there will be a delay in shipping. You will be notified quickly, and have the option of having the item on back order or having your purchase price, including shipping, refunded.

Returns/Refunds

There is a no-return policy. Please sample before ordering. Any item damaged or lost in shipping shall be replaced immediately, dependent upon availability. If it is not available at that time, a full refund will be given after a USPS investigation is completed.

If you receive the incorrect item, return it in the original packaging, at Anya’s Garden’s expense, and the problem will be corrected immediately.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, or are having the perfume shipped, delivery times vary. Anya’s Garden will not be responsible for any delays in shipping. Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and shall not be reason for canceling the order.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Tax will be charged where applicable. Prices are what is shown on the website at the time of ordering.
